Every step meets OEKO-TEX safety standards.

Wash care: Wash inside out in the mesh bag provided. Wash with similar colours. Delicate wash at 30°C. Iron on low temperature avoiding all prints and trims. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

Storage: Hang your garments up to keep their shape and high tech fibres fresh during the day.

Our fabric is engineered for long-term softness and durability with no pilling, sagging or thinning. With proper care, it will stay comfortable for years.

Wear your Zed sleepwear for up to 30 nights. If you don’t feel an improvement in your sleep comfort, you can return it for a full refund. Even if it’s been worn and washed.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within a 30 day window. If the fit isn’t perfect, we’ll swap it for another size. Free returns for UK customers.

How do I request a return?
We currently process all returns manually to offer the smoothest experience during launch. Just email hello@zedsleep.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you your return instructions within 24 hours.

What happens next?

• UK customers receive a free pre-paid label
• US customers receive simple return instructions
• Items must be returned within 30 days
• Refunds are processed 3–5 working days after your item is received
• Exchanges are shipped as soon as your return arrives

Currently we only ship to select countries including the UK, US, UAE, Singapore and Switzerland. If you live outside of these territories and would like to try Zed, drop us an email or WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to help.

We aim to process your order within 1 day. For UK orders, we ship it via Royal Mail 24/48 service. For international orders, we ship it via UPS on the fastest possible service (expected delivery within 5 days).
