I’m officially at the age where good sleepwear genuinely excites me. Zed Sleep is incredibly soft, breathable and comfortable, while still looking chic. I discovered Zed on social media and was genuinely curious to see whether technical sleepwear was another wellness trend or whether I would actually notice a difference.
After wearing the long-sleeve top and pants, along with the Deep Sleep Mask, for around two weeks, the biggest difference for me has been temperature regulation. I wake up noticeably less sweaty, feel like my body temperature stays more comfortable throughout the night, and I’m waking up less frequently. My Oura Ring data has also shown fewer random wake-ups, which has been interesting to see alongside how I actually feel.
Beyond the technology, the comfort surprised me. The fabric is incredibly soft, light and stretchy and genuinely feels like a hug on the body. I often find myself not wanting to change out of it in the morning!
Recovery and improving my sleep are a real focus for me this year, so I loved discovering something that addresses sleep from such a simple but often overlooked angle.

Our products have developed with input from leading sleep scientists and performance experts, using the latest research on temperature, moisture and physical comfort during sleep. We’re testing our products in ongoing partnership with Loughborough University to validate key recovery markers.
How does the guarantee work?
Wear your Zed sleepwear for up to 30 nights. If you don’t feel an improvement in your sleep comfort, you can return it for a full refund. Even if it’s been worn and washed.
How do returns work?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within a 30 day window. If the fit isn’t perfect, we’ll swap it for another size. Free returns for UK customers.
How do I request a return?
We currently process all returns manually to offer the smoothest experience during launch. Just email hello@zedsleep.co with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you your return instructions within 24 hours.
